AR Follow Up Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Follow Up Specialist (Insurance Follow Up).

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on unresolved insurance claims and identify reasons for non-payment
• Research and resolve issues related to claims and patient balances
• Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure claim closure and payment

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2+ years of A/R follow-up (Insurance Collections) experience required
• Medical billing experience is helpful
• Hospital claims and healthcare receivables experience preferred
• 2+ years of office experience with a focus on problem solving and research
• Prior computer experience is required
