Area Production Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Area Production Manager (Reverse Division).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the loan processing pipeline to ensure timely completion and compliance
• Support the sales team by reviewing loan scenarios and resolving file-level issues
• Conduct training and meetings with staff to communicate policy changes and ensure adherence to regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a production manager or in a similar operations role
• 3+ years of experience working with reverse mortgages
• Current knowledge of FHA Reverse Mortgage Loans and related products
• Familiarity with federal and state guidelines, including RESPA, TILA, and HMDA
