Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Counselor (Overnight Shift) - Weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Be available to take at least one on-call overnight shift per week within part-time hours (29 hours)
• Serve as the initial point of contact for families calling after hours, providing compassionate communication and guidance
• Conduct initial phone assessments to understand the needs of potential clients and their families

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in admissions, call center, customer service, or sales roles; healthcare or behavioral health experience is a strong plus
• A tech-savvy individual who can confidently navigate systems like Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• A calm, caring, and professional presence, especially when working with families in stressful or emotional situations
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred
