Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer support and resolve issues promptly
- Engage with engineering teams to address technical problems and propose improvements
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for products and assist developers with troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role
- Solid understanding of Computer Networks (DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, TLS/SSL)
- Fundamental knowledge of web programming and standards (HTML, Javascript, APIs, REST, JSON, MySQL)
- Strong grasp of Python and familiarity with additional programming languages
- Basic understanding of Linux/UNIX or Mac Terminal command-line and scripting
