Key Responsibilities
- Support customer inquiries regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews while offering additional products
- Assist customers recently in accidents by setting up new claim reports and providing empathetic support
- Navigate multiple computer systems to efficiently service customer needs
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or a minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience
- Willingness to work a full-time schedule that includes evenings and weekends
- Designated workspace free from noise and distractions for remote work
