Key Responsibilities
- Provide internal customer service support to over 1,000 end users of CRM and Call Center software
- Manage support tickets using Azure Dev Ops Board
- Assist with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Genesys Call Center support
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in an internal customer support environment for software
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 support
- Experience with Genesys Call Center support
- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops Board for managing support tickets
- Associate level seniority
