  • Manage support tickets using Azure Dev Ops Board
  • Assist with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Genesys Call Center support
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in an internal customer support environment for software
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 support
  • Experience with Genesys Call Center support
  • Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops Board for managing support tickets
  • Associate level seniority
