Job Summary

A company is looking for a Centralized Call Centre Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support work order creation for facility services and maintain the CMMS database
  • Handle customer inquiries via telephone and email, fulfilling requests and resolving issues
  • Document call information and produce reports as required
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 2-3 years of related call centre, customer service, or dispatching experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM accurately
  • Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
  • Proficiency in French is an asset but not required
