Arizona Licensed Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative to join their team.

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to collect on accounts that are less than 60 days past due
• Provide top-tier support and service to customers

Required Qualifications

• Customer service and prior collections experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Computer and typing proficiency, with experience using multiple software applications
• Phone experience in a customer service/call center environment
