Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative roles or customer service
• Two years of work-related experience required for senior level, including specific job experience in a Medicare certified environment
• Experience in claims, billing, or call center operations is preferred
• Familiarity with home medical equipment and insurance billing processes is beneficial
