Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Nursing Research and Evidence-Based Practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of nursing research strategies and manage research studies
• Promote the integration of evidence-based practice into clinical processes and support nursing staff in applying research findings
• Mentor nursing staff and establish professional networks to enhance nursing practice and research

Required Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PhD) required
• RN licensure required
• 5-7 years of clinical research experience, including 2 years of direct clinical experience
• Strong planning, management, organization, and analytical skills
• Experience in grant writing and presentation skills
