A company is looking for a Senior Research Operations Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current recruiting workflows for monetization and ads research to identify strengths and weaknesses
- Engage with cross-functional partners to gather input and align on priorities for participant access and compliance
- Develop and present a detailed program plan with recommendations for improving monetization research and recruiting
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Research Operations focused on monetization and ads
- 5+ years of experience in planning and leading cross-functional process improvement projects
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end research recruitment lifecycle
- Proficiency in project management tools and workflow analysis
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
