Senior Manager of Study Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Study Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly manage and oversee study management team members, ensuring operational consistency and high-quality support across clinical trials
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members to foster skill development and compliance with quality standards
• Support the execution of studies in a matrix management structure and contribute to resource evaluations for successful clinical program delivery

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent required, preferably in Life Sciences; advanced degree is highly desirable
• 8 or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research organization
• Prior line management or leadership experience preferred
• Familiarity with clinical trial requirements (ICH/GCP) and regulatory submissions
• Ability to manage a team and work independently in a fast-paced environment
