Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Controller to oversee financial and accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash management
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles and regulatory compliance
- Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems
- Proven leadership skills in managing and developing high-performing teams
