Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years in a customer-facing role such as customer support, customer success, or account management
- Experience with B2B2C customers and SaaS products is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms is beneficial
- Interest in learning about client management and customer success best practices
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
