Associate Director of Biostatistics

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Biostatistics to lead statistical strategy in clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the statistical design and analysis of clinical studies
• Serve as the biostatistics representative on cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with study objectives
• Manage CROs and mentor junior staff while ensuring quality and accuracy of statistical deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Biostatistics with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's with 8+ years
• Strong foundation in clinical trial design and statistical analysis
• Proficiency in statistical programming (SAS and R)
• Experience with both early-stage and late-phase clinical trials in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in publication work and/or analysis of real-world data preferred
