Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Content Marketing (Thought Leadership & Research Focus).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead research projects from conception to completion, providing intellectual leadership and analytical direction
- Engage directly with senior HR and Talent leaders via interviews and roundtables
- Package research into rigorous, appealing, and digestible content; propose and test new channels and formats to share insights
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with an excellent academic record
- 5-6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content, or product roles with strong research focus
- Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative methods and data analysis tools
- Track record in thought leadership content and storytelling
- Experience working in a team environment, as well as independently and autonomously
