A company is looking for an Associate Director, Financial Planning & Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the life and annuity business
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and support investor relations activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- CPA or other relevant industry credentials preferred
- 5+ years of experience with insurance financials, preferably in life and annuity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with PowerBI or SQL
- Knowledge of insurance accounting principles and familiarity with SEC reporting requirements
