Senior Director of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of FP&A (Services).

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary finance partner to the Services leadership team, owning end-to-end financial performance and decision support
• Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to align financial planning with business execution and synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related quantitative field
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, accounting, or a related finance role
• Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Strong command of financial concepts including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling
• Experience in healthcare or healthcare services is required
