Director of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of FP&A and FinOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale financial models, budgets, and forecasts for strategic planning and fundraising
• Develop cohort analysis and customer acquisition cost models
• Manage relationships with bank lenders and support fundraising efforts with investor-ready materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA or financial certification preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, fintech, or startups
• Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial reporting
• Skilled in using spreadsheets, dashboards, and data manipulation tools; SQL/Python preferred
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities
