Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Strategy and Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales stakeholders to establish annual planning cadence and hold leads accountable
- Document policies on sales engagement within the Revenue Organization and other functions
- Drive alignment and consensus among revenue leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to meet planning deadlines
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in sales, GTM, or revenue operations, preferably in a high-growth tech company
- Strong organization and project management skills with a track record of cross-stakeholder program execution
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proven quantitative skills and high data fluency
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
