Job Summary
A company is looking for an Auto Telephone Claims Adjuster I, II or Sr.
Key Responsibilities
- Determines subrogation or fraud potential and manages complex cases
- Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships
- Conducts investigations on all aspects of complex auto claims, exercising discretion and independence
Required Qualifications
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- 3 or more years of experience in auto claims handling (preferred)
- Ability to evaluate and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims
- Understanding of vehicle body parts and potential property damage
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
