Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and issue resolution for customer inquiries through various channels
- Lead customer training sessions and develop solutions to enhance platform utilization
- Act as a subject matter expert, updating training materials and facilitating customer feedback to drive platform improvements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with technical support and training
- Prior experience in adtech or performance marketing
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical problems and communicating with engineering teams
- Experience in developing and delivering individual or group training sessions
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues
