Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Experience Manager to join their Customer Experience team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and issue resolution for customer inquiries through various channels
  • Lead customer training sessions and develop solutions to enhance platform utilization
  • Act as a subject matter expert, updating training materials and facilitating customer feedback to drive platform improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with technical support and training
  • Prior experience in adtech or performance marketing
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical problems and communicating with engineering teams
  • Experience in developing and delivering individual or group training sessions
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues
