Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Pre-Authorization Claims Processor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining and updating equipment registrations
• Providing Pre-Authorization for certain automotive components
• Offering live support to OEM Dealers regarding technical automotive repairs

Required Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the working mechanics of motors and transmissions
• Experience with Pre-Authorization requests for Independent Repair Facilities
• Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and basic computer skills
• Vehicle Warranty knowledge and ASE certification are a plus
