Job Summary
A company is looking for a Stay Smart Coach responsible for coaching clients to maximize key focus areas during the Stay Smart coaching approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize consultative methods and prior experience to drive change in designated areas
- Conduct monthly and quarterly coaching sessions to confirm and measure implemented changes
- Update CRM with necessary notes and changes and promote additional products based on client outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of Automotive Fixed Operations experience preferred
- 2-3 years of Automotive Service Department management experience required
- Proven ability to lead clients to desired solutions
- Experience in managing multiple accounts and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of management, including executives
