WFS Absence Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a WFS (WorkForce Software) Functional Consultant specializing in Absence Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the WorkForce Software Absence Management module
• Gather and document business requirements related to various absence policies
• Configure WFS Absence Management based on business requirements and compliance needs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of functional experience with WorkForce Software, specifically in Absence Management
• Proven experience configuring absence rules, eligibility criteria, and leave workflows within WFS
• Strong knowledge of U.S. leave policies, including FMLA and state-specific programs
• Experience working with HR, Payroll, and IT teams on cross-functional initiatives
