Key Responsibilities

• Function as a bridge between the business and development team
• Analyze business requirements and create user stories for the development team
• Assist the agile team with project planning, requirement reviews, and ensuring project success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis through Software Development
• Self-driven and motivated to work both in a team and independently
• Strong understanding of agile principles and practices
• Scrum Certification is preferred
