Key Responsibilities
- Utilize consultative methods and prior experience to drive change in designated areas
- Conduct monthly/quarterly coaching sessions to measure and confirm implemented changes
- Update CRM with necessary notes and leverage wins to promote additional products
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of Automotive Fixed Operations experience preferred
- 2-3 years of management experience in an Automotive Service Department
- Ability to present training material engagingly
- Proven capability to lead clients to desired solutions
- Experience managing multiple accounts and prioritizing strategically
