Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Consultant - Customer Success Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with customers on the installation, integration, and deployment of software and/or SaaS solutions
- Communicate technical and functional aspects of the solution and implementation to clients and partners
- Deliver technical training to enable and educate customers and implementation partners
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in a technology company with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Experience setting up and installing software on Windows and Linux platforms
- Database knowledge in Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, or MySQL
- Experience with enterprise directories such as Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP
- Familiarity with networking principles including SSL/TLS/HTTPS and basic TCP/IP troubleshooting
