Back End Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Back End Engineer to manage and expand its portfolio of federal contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain secure back-end services for web applications and digital forms
• Build APIs for form logic, submission handling, validation, and integration with VA systems
• Support devops practices and ensure backend systems are reliable and performant at scale

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in back-end engineering (Rails, Python, or similar)
• Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud infrastructure
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or similar)
• Bachelor's degree
