Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Backend Engineer to develop backend components and improve system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend components for processing client chat requests using TypeScript, Node.js, and Kubernetes
• Build observability for system monitoring and design system stability and performance improvements
• Translate prototypes into high-quality, scalable, and maintainable production code

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in backend development
• BS and/or Master/PhD degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience with the specified tech stack (TypeScript, Node.js, Kubernetes)
• Passion for optimizing efficiency and system quality
• Ability to collaborate effectively within an engineering organization
