Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Backend Software Engineer II (Go).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop core services primarily using Golang and PostgreSQL
• Resolve issues with previously delivered features and write unit and integration tests
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to ensure software is secure and maintainable

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Passionate about working with Golang; experience with additional modern languages is a plus
• Hands-on knowledge designing APIs (gRPC, Swagger)
• Experience using Docker for local software development
• Exposure to cloud computing platforms and container orchestration
