• Design and implement backend services using languages like Java, Go, or Python
• Engineer systems that handle massive concurrency and high traffic with low latency
• Drive the full development lifecycle from design and implementation to deployment and support

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience focused on backend or systems-level engineering
• Strong programming skills in one or more modern languages (Java, Go, Python, Kotlin, etc.)
• Experience building distributed systems or services with high traffic or real-time usage
• Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms in a software engineering context
• Familiarity with data modeling and performance tuning using SQL and NoSQL stores
