Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bankruptcy Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and monitor potential bankruptcy customers through various notifications and calls
• Facilitate bankruptcy protection, coding, and cancelation of repossession assignments
• Handle customer, attorney, trustee, and bankruptcy servicer calls in compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of experience in a servicing center environment
• Experience in bankruptcy regulations and processes preferred
• General knowledge of collections policies and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to a fast-paced environment
