Key Responsibilities
- Manage a steady volume of incoming customer calls regarding retirement and survivor benefits
- Actively listen to customer inquiries and provide comprehensive resolutions
- Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers effectively
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with retirement benefits, pension, or 401K
- Experience in handling high-volume calls
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel at an intermediate level
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to complete a mandatory paid training program
