Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee health and voluntary benefit plans
- Maintain benefit transactions in HRIS and perform system audits
- Coordinate with insurance carriers and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of benefits experience in a large organization (500+ employees)
- Knowledge of employee benefit plans and relevant laws (e.g., FMLA, ACA)
- In-depth understanding of Section 125 benefit plans
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Preferred experience with Workday and the benefits module
