Key Responsibilities
- Consult with executives and management to enhance team and individual performance
- Analyze engagement and turnover metrics to create data-driven action plans
- Provide performance management guidance and resolve complex employee relations issues
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in resolving complex employee relations issues
- Working knowledge of various human resource disciplines including employee relations and organizational effectiveness
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of key business success drivers
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential desirable
