Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Support Center Representative I to serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications regarding HR inquiries such as benefits and policies
  • Update and maintain employee records in the HRIS accurately and confidentially
  • Provide guidance on HR processes including onboarding, employee relations, and benefits enrollment
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service/Call Center experience required; 0-1 year of Human Resources experience preferred
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is beneficial
  • Proficient computer skills, including HRIS and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
