Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Support Center Representative I to serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications regarding HR inquiries such as benefits and policies
- Update and maintain employee records in the HRIS accurately and confidentially
- Provide guidance on HR processes including onboarding, employee relations, and benefits enrollment
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- 1-2 years of Customer Service/Call Center experience required; 0-1 year of Human Resources experience preferred
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is beneficial
- Proficient computer skills, including HRIS and Microsoft Office
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
