Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for U.S. and LATAM-based roles across various functions
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies
- Implement inclusive hiring practices and maintain accurate data in the ATS
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or startup environments
- Proven experience leading hiring efforts in the U.S. and Latin America
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required
- Strong understanding of hiring practices and employment laws in the U.S
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
