Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute high-impact initiatives for internal communication and employee enablement
- Develop training content and curriculums for Fund Administration employees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication of product features and AI capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in internal communications or employee enablement
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with developing training content and managing learning platforms
- Experience with AI tools and working with global, remote teams is a plus
