Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting up to 50 or more recruits daily through cold calls and warm leads
- Building and maintaining a continuous flow of candidates using available resources
- Communicating effectively with team members and prospective agents to ensure a smooth recruiting process
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a call center or telemarketing environment; knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
- Prior experience in a sales role with a proven ability to build relationships quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, collaborative tools, and CRM systems
- Experience using business analysis and communication tools effectively
