Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agent Recruiter - US Based Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting up to 50 or more recruits daily through cold calls and warm leads
• Building and maintaining a continuous flow of candidates using available resources
• Communicating effectively with team members and prospective agents to ensure a smooth recruiting process

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a call center or telemarketing environment; knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
• Prior experience in a sales role with a proven ability to build relationships quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, collaborative tools, and CRM systems
• Experience using business analysis and communication tools effectively
