- Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, shaping talent strategies and driving organizational change
- Oversee the execution of core people programs across the employee lifecycle and enhance employee experience
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading People teams through change, preferably in a remote environment
- Extensive background in talent and organizational development, employee relations, and performance management
- Hands-on experience with internal investigations of employee claims and concerns
- Strong management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from inception to completion
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making
