A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst I (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts job evaluations and comparative analyses of new roles against existing positions
- Creates standardized job descriptions and manages the survey submission process for compensation data
- Assists in the annual compensation cycle and audits incentive data for accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications
- University Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
- Three to five years of HR experience focused on compensation and/or benefits
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of HRIS and compensation tools
- Understanding of compensation topics such as market pricing and job evaluation
- Professional accreditation in HR or compensation preferred
