Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Project Manager to manage HR-related projects and serve as a subject matter expert.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage execution of HR-specific projects, ensuring communication with stakeholders and resolution of issues
- Advise leadership on HR-related business decisions and oversee the implementation of global initiatives
- Conduct data audits, manage employee recognition programs, and develop communications regarding HR policies and programs
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in business management, human resources, accounting, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of proven experience in HR project management
- Strong understanding of HR processes including talent acquisition and compliance
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and business efficiency tools; experience with Workday and Kronos desired
