- Process monthly and semi-monthly payroll cycles for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with tax regulations
- Administer multiple sales compensation plans and calculate commissions in partnership with revenue operations
- Monitor bank accounts for payroll funding and manage employee compensation information across various systems
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of payroll experience for 400+ employees
- 4+ years of sales compensation experience for 200+ employees
- Proficiency in Excel and G Suite
- Experience with sales compensation software, specifically CaptivateIQ
- Experience working with global software companies in multiple currencies
