Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee talent strategies in various business units and support multiple verticals
- Build relationships with senior leaders to ensure successful execution of talent plans and strategies
- Collaborate with the Talent Management Team to design organizational structures and support employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Talent Management or Human Resource role; 7+ years preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
- Experience with Workday HRIS is highly preferred
- PHR certification is a plus
