A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and ensure compliance and competitiveness of compensation programs
- Implement and manage global compensation plans, including incentive and equity plans
- Conduct analysis of compensation data and present findings to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in compensation program design and administration
- 2+ years of people leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience in global compensation practices
- Compensation (CCP) or Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) certification preferred
