Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage global compensation plans, including incentive and equity plans
  • Conduct analysis of compensation data and present findings to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in compensation program design and administration
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience in global compensation practices
  • Compensation (CCP) or Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) certification preferred
