Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of experience
- Confidence to propose innovative ideas and align strategies with business objectives
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to adapt to feedback and work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
