Key Responsibilities
- Consults with employees and leaders on policy interpretation and performance improvement
- Utilizes technology to manage and resolve Employee Relations consultations
- Identifies improvement opportunities and participates in initiatives to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Preferred: Master's Degree and 5-10 years of experience
- Certifications: PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR preferred
