Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and implement total rewards programs focusing on employee benefits
- Monitor benefits program effectiveness through data analysis and audits
- Collaborate on the annual benefits cycle and assist in compensation processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Total Rewards experience with strong data analysis skills
- Familiarity with HRIS technologies, preferably Workday
- Understanding of employee engagement and retention strategies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience administering complex employee benefits plans
