Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and implement total rewards programs focusing on employee benefits
  • Monitor benefits program effectiveness through data analysis and audits
  • Collaborate on the annual benefits cycle and assist in compensation processes
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Total Rewards experience with strong data analysis skills
  • Familiarity with HRIS technologies, preferably Workday
  • Understanding of employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience administering complex employee benefits plans
