Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle including headcount approvals, job posting, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and partner with department leaders to define hiring needs and drive effective recruiting strategies
- Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels while building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and non-technical functions
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, market trends, and modern recruiting tools
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions independently
- Proven ability to take full ownership of hiring outcomes with a focus on fair and consistent hiring practices
- Experience in fast-paced or high-growth tech and logistics environments is preferred
